With the development of the integration of the Beijing-Tanjin-Hebei region,Tianjin,as one of the most important logistics port in north China,has put forward higher and higher requirements for the informationization of the whole logistics link.The international freight forwarding service plays an important role in the port logistics service,and the level and quality of the information service will therefore directly affect the overall environment of the port logistics service.For this consideration,it is significant to build and promote a freight forwarding information management system which accords with the current port logistics environment of Tianjin for numerous small and medium-sized international forwarding companies.In the aspect of the system design,the paper takes the idea of network-based management and combines the current business scenario of the logistics freight forwarding service in Tianjin port,based on which an investigation of the business demands is made for the typical medium and small-sized freight forwarders,the key business nodes are collected and the common business problems are analyzed.By integrating the management resources I have and my experience in system development in the leading company,this paper makes a comprehensive combing and re-construction of the operation flow for the port freight forwarding business in Tianjin.At the technical side,J2 EE internet cross platform development language is utilized.By integrating all sorts of open source development framework of J2 EE,the following aspects are achieved: on the layer of the front end users,Free Marker is used to encapsulate JavaScript UI objects to record complex rich client and Multiplex Marco method can be applied;on the layer of WEB data exchange,WebWork is used to load the client page data automatically into the sever;on the layer of the business logic control,Spring is used to achieve the transaction control of the data interaction;and on the layer of the entity data mapping,Hibernate is used to encapsulate the entity database to achieve ORM mapping.With these,an efficient MVC multilayer technology framework based on B/S model is constructed.With a systematic analysis and a design of the process reconstruction,a WEB access type information system which covers shipping import and export business,air cargo import and export business,customer and supplier management,financial management,inquiry and quotation management and other extended business is built by integrating the open source technology.It is a network platform for Medium and small-sized freight Proxy companies of Tianjin port and it will help the enterprises reduce labor cost,and improve the management capabilities,work efficiency and customer service capabilities.Therefore,it is of great value and significance to promote the system in the market.
