In the 21st century,globalized marking business and excessive development of advanced technology cause the intense competition,which ultimately refers to the management competition,among the enterprises.The one who can develop the enterprise management efficiently will master the productivity in the era of knowledge economy.Enterprise coordinated management platform is a kind of innovated application system which serves the enterprises and aims at satisfaction on information quick transmit and handling for companies.This new office business concept is proposed in order to realize the interaction between departments and enable the personnel planning and arranging the work more conveniently and efficiently.High efficient cooperative work mode brings the brand new functional experiences,and make boss aware of the job condition in the first time.The thesis presents that setting up SME(small and medium enterprise)cooperative management platform by relating computer technology and method based on the daily working requirement for some enterprise in order to solve their cooperative problems and etc.of the office system.The thesis states the research on the cooperative management platform design and realization for SME,analysis of its whole function requirements,and further more describes the whole process from the requirement analysis of system to system design and application,like user management module,public information management module,HR management module,resource administration management etc.,and finally complete and achieve the basic business target for SME cooperative management platform.This platform is designed by adopting J2EE technology,and using SLQ Server 2005 as background database.Meanwhile,in this platform the system test sample is designed through fundamental theory and method of software test technology,and the main functional module is examined through unit test and system test.Finally the expected target is achieved.This platform not only simplifies the fussy job during enterprise daily management but also takes full advantage of enterprise LAN to gather and deliver information so that to realize the cooperation among information,business,resources and improve the enterprise office efficiency.This platform can meet SME each needs,and better provide a convenient way for personnel information share and communication so as to improve the working efficiency.This system provides an innovated idea for enterprise management system.
