With the rapid development of the Internet,the use of computers has spread all over people's lives,and home management is no exception.Compared with agriculture and industry,the emerging domestic service industry belongs to the tertiary industry.With the rapid economic development of our country,people's living standards have also increased.At the same time,the population is aging and "4+2+1" family(four elderly people,a couple and a child)increasing numbers have also made significant demands on domestic service.Most of the traditional housekeeping services are managed by an intermediary company,which provides a matchmaking service between the housekeeping staff and the customer,and collects a certain service fee from it.However,its service structure is single,the profit margin is small,and it is difficult to resolve service disputes between customers and service staff.To this end,we need an intelligent housekeeping service management system to improve the efficiency of housekeeping services and to resolve disputes in domestic services through signing agreements to make them more relevant to people's livelihood.For this reason,this article uses the B/S architecture for the development needs of existing housekeeping services.It has good maintainability,is easy to operate,and is easy to maintain;the Oracle database is used in the database and it is highly portable.The advantages of high efficiency and ease of use;and the use of object-oriented design methods,using Java as a development language and MyEclipse as an integrated development environment to ensure the high portability and maintainability of the code.This article first summarizes the current status and background of domestic and foreign existing domestic service systems,and combines the current status of domestic service and the needs of domestic customers to conduct surveys and needs analysis,and then makes a systematic design and database design of the domestic service system,completes system implementation and testing.Then we design a framework that can be the core of customers,breaking through the traditional housekeeping services,centralized personnel management and diversified services,and its simple operation,easy management and maintenance basically meet business needs.
