With the rapid development of our economy,building energy consumption,especially the problems of our country government building and big public building energy consumption become increasingly prominent.College is an important part of big public building,but now most of campus energy consumption and water consumption meter reading data is incomplete and not comprehensive,which causes bad managements and waste phenomena of energy utilization.To ensure the energy demands of normal teaching and research and effective energy conservation at campus,the energy remote monitoring and management system is established,the real-time data of the campus energy consumption are grasped and campus energy systems are the distributed monitoring and centralized management.The energy monitoring platform in Anyang Institute of Technology covers 32 buildings with 410 pieces of intelligent three-phase electric meters,74 pieces of intelligent water meters,11 pieces of intelligent heat meters and 35 pieces of data collectors,which realizes energy data classifications,itemization,metering and multidimensional analysis evaluations.Based on the engineering practice of Anyang Institute of Technology,this paper introduces building significances,building contents and building basis of energy-saving campus building monitoring and management platform.It also explains the guiding ideology,technical route,net architecture design and software architecture design.The energy monitoring platform is divided into three subsystems in this paper: electricity metering,water supply metering and heating metering monitoring.The energy monitoring platform covers 32 buildings,describes the function requirement and function realization of three subsystems.For electricity monitoring,the mathematic model of energy consumption analysis is also described in details.In terms of energy monitoring data center,the equipment type selection and the equipment configuration scheme are described in details.Taking part of buildings as examples,we introduced different types of type selection and complete configuration of the energy consumption data collection equipment of electricity,water,heating.Finally,this paper briefly introduces the application of energy monitoring platform in fine management.
