With the country's overall goal of building a conservation-oriented campus in colleges and universities,energy conservation management in universities is imperative.Using the current advanced network and information technology,we can build an automated and intelligent university hydropower monitoring system.Therefore,the application of the current advanced network and information technology,improve the hydropower measurement management methods in colleges and universities,real-time monitoring of water and electricity use in colleges and universities,based on scientific and accurate energy consumption data,through hydropower monitoring and management,can effectively save water and electricity,Provide an effective way to create a conservation-oriented campus.This paper first fully understands the practical significance of realizing the hydropower supervision system in colleges and universities.In the early stage of designing the system,it understands and learns related technologies,combines the project development background and market analysis and research to formulate the system design plan,and combines the establishment of green and economical colleges.The actual goal is to strengthen the hydropower monitoring and management,and determine the overall design goals of the system and the functions that the system needs to implement.The specific functions include login registratio n function,hydropower data analysis function,hydropower monitoring function,intelligent energy consumption warning function,and mobile terminal.The five modules of hydropower information inquiry function were analyzed from the aspects of economic feasibility,technical feasibility and operational feasibility.At the same time,detailed analysis of the system's business was carried out.After a comprehensive demand analysis of the system,based on the system functions obtained from the requirements analysis,the basic framework of the system design is established,and the system is divided into a Web-side function and a mobile-end function,and then the B/S architecture is combined with HTML 5.0.The front-end technology such as Javascript is used for software development,and implements functional modules such as registration and registration,hydropower data analysis,hydropower monitoring,intelligent energy consumption warning,and hydropower information inquiry,and displays related core codes and main interface diagrams.Finally,a comprehensive functional test and performance test were carried out on the developed hydropower supervision system.The results show that the final system meets the expected requirements.According to the actual needs of energy management in colleges and universities,the paper realizes the monitoring and management of related hydropower information based on Android platform and JSON technology.According to the specific requirements of the state for energy conservation and emission reduction in colleges and universities and the demand for energy consumption in colleges and universities,the real-time monitoring and management of hydropower information in colleges and universities has been realized,the efficiency of work management has been improved,and the goal of energy saving and consumption reduction has been achieved.
