In the process of energy consumption monitoring,Xinzhou Vocational and Technical College has problems of backward control and insufficient problem-solving ability.The staff failed to do positioning analysis and online audit in the process of monitoring and diagnosis;due to the scattered distribution of school buildings,the supervision mechanism for school building energy consumption is difficult to implement,which is not conducive to the school to grasp the energy consumption situation on campus.;at the same time,the school staff adopts the traditional nethod in collecting energy consumption data,it is difficult to ensure the timeliness and accuracy of the collected energy consumption data.The Xinzhou Vocational and Technical College aims to optimize the energy consumption monitoring mechanism and carry out the design and implementation of the energy-saving campus energy monitoring systemThe Web side of the energy-saving campus energy monitoring system is developed based on the JavaEE platform,laying the foundation for a complete and stable application architecture.The development of the Web side applies the Hibernate framework and the Spring Boot framework technology,embodying the data persistence idea through the Hibermate framework,and laying the foundation for monitoring the energy consumption data through the Spring Boot framework,laying the foundation for the stable operation of data by applying SQL Server database.The development of the system APP is based on the Android platform and HTML5 language technology.The Android platform has the characteristics of openness and open source.It can realize the application of rich interactive effects based on the HTML5 languageThe functional modules of the energy-saving campus energy consumption monitoring system include energy consumption reporting and publicity,energy consumption monitoring,energy consumption analysis,energy consumption auditing,energy efficiency evaluation and optimization,and APP application.The functions of energy consumption reporting and publicity are energy consumption publicity,energy consumption data entry,energy consumption indicator disclosure,etc.;energy consumption monitoring module realizes functions such as electrical monitoring,energy diagnosis,etc.;functions realized by energy analysis include classification and sub-item analysis,energy eonsumption statistics,energy consumption comparison,etc.;energy consumption auditing module realization functions include report design,warning management,charge management,energy audit,etc.;functions of energy efficiency assessment and optimization are energy efifciency assessment and energy saving optimization;functions implemented by APP applications are electrical equipment monitoring and energy consumption information management.etc.After the application of the system,it provides an information-based means for the Xinzhou Vocational and Technical College to monitor the energy consumption of the campus.The school can flexibly supervise the energy consumption of the building in the school,providing an advanced way for the school to diagnose the syndrome and comprehensively analyze the energy consumption.The staff can flexibly carry out energy consumption monitoring and collect energy consumption data in real time to ensure the accuracy of energy consumption monitoring data.
