China early by the extensive mode of economic development,focus on economic growth index,and in energy conservation and environmental protection is relatively backward,resulting in low energy efficiency,waste a lot of energy,but also brings pollution to the environment.In the context of the growing depletion of energy in the world and the transformation of China's economic structure,the party and policy put forward the development strategy of energy saving,environmental protection and conservation oriented society,in order to improve energy utilization and reduce environmental pollution.As a key energy consuming unit,the average energy consumption of the university is far higher than the average energy consumption per capita,and a large amount of energy is wasted.The Chinese government according to the present situation of energy use in Colleges and universities,a number of ministries and the Ministry of education proposed to build a conservation oriented campus strategy requires all colleges and universities to strengthen the monitoring of energy consumption,establish the awareness of energy conservation,to enhance the level of energy consumption monitoring and energy management.Therefore,colleges and universities to strengthen the monitoring of energy consumption,it is necessary to construct the campus energy consumption monitoring integrated management platform for the introduction of the current advanced science and technology,to realize the real-time monitoring and analysis of the energy consumption,and the use of quota management automation of energy quota management,energy saving awareness training for college teachers and students,and ultimately achieve the goal of building a conservation minded campus.Subject to the automatic monitoring of power consumption,a University of Heilongjiang province for intelligent demand in China,energy saving and environmental protection policies,technical guidelines based on network technology,sensor technology and software development technology method,combined with the current domestic and foreign colleges and universities should be accumulated with the development and application of experience in terms of energy consumption monitoring.The development of a campus energy monitoring integrated management platform for a university.The application of this system in terms of technology is the application of SSH JavaEE framework,the system is divided into Web layer,DAO layer and physical layer,the server;while the overall structure of the system is divided into presentation layer,data storage layer,transport layer and a collecting layer according to the characteristic of the system.In the aspect of system function,the system comply with the idea of modular design,the system is divided into energy consumption monitoring,alarm management,remote control,energy assessment,repair management and system settings of 6 modules,the module function can be on the water,electricity,gas and heat can carry out real-time monitoring,and through the remote control function can remote configuration parameters of various types of equipment,and can switch on the part of the remote opening and closing.At the same time with the system of collecting energy monitoring data and alarm threshold can automatically generate alarm information,and can automatically alarm according to the classification,content classification,is conducive to the timely processing of alarm information administrator.In addition,in order to strengthen energy management,training and awareness of energy conservation,energy consumption evaluation system established by the index module,fixed amount of energy is strictly limited,and the evaluation of regional,building,room.At present,this system has passed the test run,officially launched in a university,the deployment of the system application will enhance the ability in energy monitoring and energy management in Colleges and universities,to provide a good help for college to build a conservation minded campus.
