Design And Implementation Of The University Campus Energy Consumption Monitoring And Management

Due to the rapid economic development in the world today, the energy issues have become the focus of attention of many governments. Especially in China, almost all the amount of energy per capita is less than the half of the world average level. The energy crisis has caught more and more attention, and so the government of China (GOC) has carried out a wide range of energy-saving and emission reduction action for the whole society. The college,which has multiple roles such as teaching, research,living in a body, high population density,and building capacity,has a high level of energy consumption. A full range of supervision through the implementation of the energy consumption,energy consumption monitoring platform construction monitoring,measurement,analysis,presentation,saving space to reduce energy waste,and energy saving,can improve the efficiency and management method to provide reliable data support and effective school resources.Based on the construction of Shandong Youth University of Political Science digital campus construction energy conservation monitoring system,this paper has presented and analyzed the process of energy-saving control and management of the implementation of university campus energy management system design,construction and campus.The system making full use of the existing campus network communication platform,realizes the timely acquisition transmission energy consumption data for each campus department,and controls the thermodynamic and pressure equilibrium of heating system.This paper introduces the background and significance of the construction of campus building energy efficiency supervision system in colleges and universities,composition and architecture platform system, focusing on the campus heating field design and climate compensator time temperature energy-saving system selection.A highly shared and reliable energy management monitoring database at the e school computer center has been built,and it can realize the function of unified scheduling,and meet the energy consumption management of school departments.The system can also realize real-time monitoring of hot water and electricity consumption, and run the risk,dripping Water Leakage alarm,basic energy data acquisition, electricity according to the lighting,air conditioning, power and special electricity use property classification measurement,climate compensation according to the change of outdoor temperature,the automatic control heating water temperature,outdoor temperature reaches the set value,stop heating,can be divided into six periods each day, according to the different building types and function realization of set temperature heating,energy monitoring and energy management comprehensive,convenient energy consumption data collection,statistics,analysis,provide data support for energy saving decision.The system,which is based on the campus network,includes the following section:"Digital Campus"geographic information system, energy monitoring system,the campus street lamp management information system,the campus heating energy-saving monitoring system,monitoring system,underground pipe network distribution room and low voltage power distribution monitoring system.The system reliazes the data sharing between each subsystem,the campus network data, interactive management completing the whole campus network,the system information.It can also implement the following function:the existing school system and table docking;achieve docking with the digital campus data center, synchronization of organizational structure and personnel information;to achieve docking with the IC card management system;to achieve docking with the third party system,such as solar heat collection monitoring system.At the same time,the system can establish the system log,access data of any record keeping system operation, reservation software interface;and can realize the other management information system software connection and data exchange.
