Now is the information society,each unit needs to implement the scientific concept of development,follow the pace of development of the times,to maintain the ability to manage the various departments and the competitiveness of its human resources.Traditional manual processing of human resources management mode has been unable to cope with the complicated information and the need to manage the personnel resources,will affect the decision-making and business development of the unit leadership.In Tianjin City,the traditional human resource management,briefly summarized as five limitations: the use of high cost;basic work is weak;the lack of scientific operation platform;technical means is backward;evaluation method is not scientific.This topic comes from a local township government.At present,the government contains more functions,more and more work,the number of temporary workers is also growing rapidly,there is no one is the human resources management system,there is no system data to provide their personnel information.Staffing and temporary attendance is in-house personnel of the various departments take the original handwritten notes,is not conducive to the establishment of internal management and the image of the government;at the same time,temporary mobility,enter,V,time-consuming traditional manual statistics,data error prone.To this end,the system combined with the actual personnel management system,through the demand analysis,the use of Java technology,with the SQL Server Microsoft 2008 R2 database development.Human resource management is one of the units to be carried out,and it is an indispensable basic work to achieve the business objectives of the organization.Under this premise,it is the general trend to improve the information level of the management of the personnel and attendance management,and to develop a set of human resource management system which meets the actual needs of the unit.This system based on good design,interface is simple and convenient operation,data security,the main functions include data management staff,work attendance,logout,attendance management,online work leave,wage bills out of accounts and other functions.The human resource management system uses the modular programming,which greatly strengthens the system's practical performance,easy to maintain,easy to expand,and obtains the ideal effect in the actual daily work.This system is an administrative office software based on B/S system.It provides a flexible system for the administrative staff.It can not restrict the use of the system to meet the needs of daily work,complete the work of personnel management,reduce the workload of information retrieval and statistics,and reduce the difficulty of human resource management.In addition,the system has good scalability,compatibility and information sharing ability.This system will help to implement the scientific and precise level of human resource management in the township government.It provides all kinds of personnel management data.It is convenient and accurate.All kinds of data are clear.It is convenient for statistics and personal management.Daily attendance should be attached with performance assessment for binding characteristics.And all the staff are required to be on time for work and show up to be more self-discipline and honesty,thus set up a good external image.
