Although computer technology has been introduced into the enterprise human resource management for a long time,the system of current human resource management is mainly focused on the actual operation management.It can only provide a limited function to human resource data analysis and decision-making.Moreover,in the actual application process,the data of each system can not be shared,and the personnel data in different systems can not be directly used for advanced decision analysis.Based on the above requirements and combined with the current advanced cloud technology,this paper designs and implements a human resource management platform based on virtual cloud technology.In this paper,the system is analyzed in detail from the requirements of the human resource decision analysis and management,and the user needs and so on,and then the overall structure and functional modules of the system are determined.In the design process,the MVC architecture technology is used to complete the development of components.The development tool of the system is Visual Studio,which is developed under the.NET development environment.The system is layered on the basis of the B/S three layer architecture system.The C# language is selected as the development language of the system,and the security,reliability and extensibility of the system are guaranteed.Using Oracle 10 i database as the data support of the whole system makes the system data storage and access more convenient and flexible.The human resource management platform developed in this paper includes basic information management,project human resource planning,employee allocation,human cost analysis,talent selection decision support and department statistics.Through these functional modules,it helps enterprise human resource managers to carry out enterprise employment analysis,human cost analysis,forecast staff mobility.It can also provide effective decision support for enterprise managers to s elect and appoint talents.Through the deployment of a unified system platform,enterprise human resources data sharing and collaboration can be realized,thereby improving the utilization ratio of resources.The system developed in this paper has the following characteristics:First,the use of virtual cloud technology reduces the development cost,shortens the development time,and is convenient for later maintenance and upgrading.Second,use Markov forecasting method to establish the forecasting model o f enterprise personnel flow,which helps human resource managers to realize the forecasting of the increase and decrease of the company's employees,so as to keep the staffing in a reasonable range.Third,the decision-making model of talent selection is established,and the data mining of talent selection is carried out through the improved algorithm of C4.5 decision tree,which provides a powerful decision support for human resource managers in talent appointment.
