Design And Implementation Of Online Office System For Anshan Government

With the development and application of government office system,the technology of database management has gradually become mature,and its application has been spread the government departments.The management and service.function of the government through simplification,optimization,integration and reorganization for implementation on the internet network,to break the restriction of the time,space and the bar segmentation,so it is particularly important to develop a set of online office systems.Because the government office system needs to be run in different platforms,the online office system of Anshan government chooses Java language which has a good portability as a development tool.As the data storage center,the SQL database adopts B/S model of access.In order to achieve the separation of logic layer and persistence layer,improve the reusability and portability of the system,the system uses struts + spring + hibernate for designing development.The online office system of Anshan government includes eight modules,which are document management,internal communications,personal office,information publication,announcements,office business,comprehensive information and file management module,the daily office module also includes the proposal management of National People's Congress.This article focuses on document management module,proposal management module and complaint management module and these three modules of demand analysis,data design and concrete realization.Finally,I briefly describe the main modules of this system and testing.The development of online office system for Anshan government to strengthen the effective regulation of document management and government operation,to improve the operational efficiency of the government,and to provide efficient,high quality,honesty and the integration of management and service for the social public.
