The office management system used by Leshan Electric Power Co.,Ltd.has gone through three stages: from the initial paper circulation transmission,to the electronic media mail transmission,and then to the existing C / s version of simple network office.The current office system of the company is mainly based on the basic application software,such as office,pigeon letter,etc.the sending and receiving,circulation,signing and approval of office documents still follow the original transmission among personnel.This kind of "mixed office mode" leads to the dual waste of human resources and system resources.From the long-term development and strategic needs of the company,the existing office mode is far from being able to meet the needs of the future information office system.In order to keep up with the pace of the information age and meet the management needs of enterprise growth and development,Leshan Electric Power Co.,Ltd.urgently needs to build a set of office automation system(OA system)to meet the actual needs by combining modern,scientific and information management means,so as to achieve the goal of mobile office,online approval and automatic data flow.Based on the Web mode,this paper uses J2 EE framework(Spring+Spring MVC+My Batis)and SQLL Server database to research and develop the internal office automation system of Leshan Electric Power Co.,Ltd.The front-end view of the system is completely decoupled from the background business development,which further improves the efficiency and scalability of the system development.In addition,according to the characteristics of multi-department and multi-user collaborative office work in the company,the paper introduces workflow technology,which makes collaborative office work in the enterprise form a unified closed-loop management.This paper first describes the overall requirements and user roles of the system in light of the actual management status of the company.Then,it uses UML use case diagrams to analyze the functional requirements of the system in detail,and outlines the overall architecture of the system(physical and software architecture).Then,it uses flow charts to analyze the important function modules(system management,schedule management,document)of the system.Management,conference management,vehicle management,reimbursement management)are analyzed in detail.Finally,the important function modules are implemented using J2 EE technology,Web technology and database technology,and the system functions and non-functional tests are completed.Through the user feedback after online,the OA system developed in this project fully combines the actual office needs of the company with software engineering,network communication,database and other programming technologies,speeds up the data information flow between departments,employees and leaders,and further promotes the transformation process of the company from traditional paper office to paperless office It not only saves the company's management cost,but also greatly improves the company's daily office operation efficiency,and realizes the maximum integration and sharing of data resources.
