Design Of Case Batch Processing Based On Enterprise IPM Management System

With the advancement of science and technology and the industrial revolution,intellectual property has been highly valued by various countries.It is of great significance to protect intellectual property for the development of enterprise products and economic benefits.MD Co.,Ltd.has invested a lot of money in product research and development every year,resulting in a large number of patents and trademarks.Therefore,an efficient IPM(intellectual property information)management system needs to be established to improve the efficiency of application and approval of intellectual property.Currently,the IPM management system has a large workload and a single entry method in the proposal application.It is cumbersome to operate and wastes resources.Therefore,it is necessary to perform optimization on the basis of the existing system to implement the batch processing function of the case.Therefore,this topic is of great significance.This article implements the entire process based on MD Co.,Ltd.'s intellectual property information management system.It first points out the main background of the research,points out the main purpose and great significance of the research,and then explains the core technologies of the system implementation,eg,the J2 EE,Spring,Hibernate,Struts2.The system adopts SOA distributed architecture to realize the sharing of system data resources.The applyment and system mainly use very mature and stable J2 EE development technology,and support users to access the system through B/S mode.Then it analyzes the system requirements,points out the overall business requirements for system construction,analyzes the feasibility of system construction,business functions,business processes,and functional use cases,and points out the non-functional requirements of the system.Then the principle that the system design needs to follow is elaborated.The core technology used in the system and the references involved are introduced from the aspects of application architecture and technology architecture.The system network architecture is set up,and finally the overall function structure and database of the system are designed.The article focuses on the design and overview of the implementation process of each sub-function module of the system.The intellectual property information management system of MD Co.,Ltd.studied in this paper mainly includes the system homepage,process management,system management,proposal management,patent management,patent operation,and other management modules.The core content of this research is to analyze system functions in detail,design system architecture and function-modules,and implement related functions through various UML diagram designs.Through system testing,it is determined that the system can operate normally and stably.The research of this topic has very important practical significance.Through the optimization of this management system,batch processing of multiple cases of proposal and information management has been realized,and the efficiency of intellectual property management has been improved,and proposal applications and patent examinations for enterprise R&D personnel have been conducted.Work provides quality services,and at the same time fosters employees' awareness of intellectual property rights,improves the company's own innovation capabilities and enthusiasm of R&D personnel,protects the company's intellectual property information security and market competitiveness,and realizes the unification of intellectual property creation,management,application management and protection management.The use of an information-based system for management not only saves more manpower and financial resources for patent filing,but also enhances the level of enterprise information management and service building capabilities.At the same time,it helps to enhance the awareness of intellectual property rights and enthusiasm for inventions created by employees at all levels of the company,and enhances the image of the company's corporate image,bringing in considerable economic value and substantial economic benefits.
