| With the growth of information needs,the traditional exchange of information already can not meet the business needs of the transfer and processing of large amounts of information,therefore,it is in need of combining internet with the daily work of the enterprise.The integration of network information technology and business management has been the key factor of adapting the requirement of enterprise modernazition and informatization.The extension and application of that not only can greatly improve the internal management level,but also accelerate the internal flow of information,ensure the effective use of information and enhance the core competitiveness of enterprises.The booming information technology brings new turn of revolution to management of middle-small enterprise.So they pay more attention to the construction of informatization.We choose ongoing T.B Infrastructure Company as sample,and design the effective automation management system to improve office efficiency.Corporate office automation system can implement the specific business requirements by applying internet communications technology to enterprise information management and network office.It strengthens the competitiveness of enterprises and enhances their management capabilities while achieving enterprise information sharing and avoiding “digital divide "and" information island "phenomenon.The contents of this graduation project is to design and implement an office automation systems base on web technology,therefore,we choose J2 EE as development foundation,combine Struts2,Spring,Hibernate and other frameworks and use MyEclipse 2015,In Mysql,Macromedia's Dreamweaver as development tools,the database and interface landscaping tools respectively.The system is designed and implemented by Java language and dynamic JSP pages development technology.Advantages of system are simple interface,convenient operation and easy to maintain. |
