Design And Implementation Of Management System In Commercial Concrete

The demands of concrete highly rise with the expansion of cities.In this condition,many concrete mixing plants emerge,increasing the concrete productivity and the competition of the industry.Many mixing station face the huge challenges,and even bankrupt danger.Meanwhile,Computer Application Technology is widely in use,which would certainly effect the concrete industry development.It's a serious problem that shall be immediately solved,how to apply the information technology to solve the internal problem and promote the company competitiveness.This thesis with the goal of realizing Commercial Concrete Management System,and provides the system solution through detailed analysis of demands,and offer the detailed explanations of each sub-system realization.This thesis first analyze the system use case,procedure,and furthermore the system logistic model.The system is composed by three sub-systems,production and marketing,support,and monitoring.Each sub-system includes some function modules.This thesis gives the function design,database design and interface design of each module,and realizes the corresponding functions.The end of this thesis is the analysis of the current problems and the development of the industry to system,and proposes the system further development.This system is developed with Delphi,and database system is SQL Server 2000.The Commercial Concrete Management System applies C/S structure,database technique,and connects each department and forms a correlative office network,to achieve the goals:reduce the repetitive works,share resource,promote each department's cooperation,and make production works more rationalized.This system function characteristics are clear,with the core of production and marketing sub-system,supports the support subsystem and monitors subsystem,to support company with convenient and efficient information techniques,and with fine scalability,including work together with plant refueling system and test management system,advanced data query function,efficient reporting tools,rigorous access control,user-friendly interface and easy operation.Commercial Concrete Management System has been applied in practical,and almost achieved the expectation effects,including solve the company practical problems and improve the productivity,which approved by the management,so have the application value.
