Commercial concrete is one of the important foundation stone industries in our country.In recent years,commercial concrete has made a lot of bounds of the equipment to upgrade,but most of them are also in the lack of corresponding operational management capabilities.The enterprises to survive in the competition of the industry can not be separated from the information that brings cost and quality control to enhance the company needs to improve the hard indicators.At present,the industries of domestic and foreign based on GPS monitoring information to build the case has been a lot,based on the traditional ERP supply and marketing chain ideas are also very common.However,it is rarely involved in the failed of station information program which based integrated management and production.This paper analyzes the particularity of the industry,about the key business and process.In the design,the order and formula is the core of the enterprise management and the intellectual property.Improvement and updating based on the main data structure,make the order as the core of the system,then take a variety of information connect to the order.At the same time,build a unified formula library,and to multi-level mapping in the data,in order to meet the needs of production change.This article uses the Struts+Spring+Ibatis framework,through the Eclipse platform to implement system.First to analyze the requirement of system design.In the overall design of the system,it covers many aspects,such as business,data flow,data structure,module design and so on.The system uses the Web Service technology to design and implement the data transmission function of the docking production equipment.Through the laboratory test and the actual test with real data to design the algorithm for the calculation of the concrete bulk density and the profit ranking algorithm;And through the computer to calculate the required materials and time,design the MRP algorithm based on the sale orders and BOM,so as to optimize production scheduling and purchasing schedule.The adjustment of BOM structure makes the logic of MRP algorithm more efficient.Finally,according to the indicators of customer care center to design and develop the report center,by testing real data of customer side for a long period,the stability and accuracy of the system are verified.
