The Design And Implementation Of Withholding Fee Management System For Shenyang Rural Commercial Bank

Shenyang rural commercial bank is a commercial bank with local characters of Shenyang. In the business development process, Shenyang rural commercial bank always strengthens the science and technology construction as an important starting point to enhance the core competitiveness, and focuses on front technologies and the development trend of the times, and has a strong leading technology and product innovation capability. During the daily work and business development process, it can use new information technology tools and methods reasonably, and use the advanced management experience in the construction of the service. In order to overcome the shortcoming of withholding fee business, this paper analyzes the business demands and the development situation of intermediary business of Shenyang rural commercial bank and designs the project for the withholding fee management system for Shenyang Rural Commercial Bank, to improve its service quality, enhance the intermediary business and improve the competitive capacity in the market.The withholding fee business in Shenyang rural commercial bank is as the research object,through the investigation and study on withholding fees business and management system, and the business processes of withholding fees are designed. The implementation of the system uses Java language and Spring framework. The whole system can be divided into three modules and carry on the general and regular management of withholding information and general function management. SQL Server database is adopted to store customer information and the related data, etc. This paper uses the theory of software engineering, from the points of the system requirements analysis, system design and detailed design, implementation and software testing, the withholding fee management system for Shenyang Rural Commercial Bank is elaborated systematic. In the stage of requirements analysis, the system functions are defined and global modules are designed; In the stage of the system design and detailed design, the overall scheme of the management system and the physical architecture of the system are got; In the stage of the implementation, the main function modules are programmed, which include the sign of the agreement module, the online payment module, and system management module; in the system test stage, the running and the stability of system functions are tested detailed.This paper is organized as 6 chapters. The 1st chapter is the introduction, the background and significance of the study is presented, and summarize and analyzes the research status of withholding fee management system, some shortages in the current system is concluded. The solution is put forward as the research topic. The 2nd chapter is the related technologies, the related technologies and methods are introduced and are used in the implementation of the system, including the development of architecture, framework and database. The 3rd chapter is the system demand, analyze and determine the business demands of the withholding fee business management clearly. The 4th chapter is the system design, the design of the system structure, function structure and function modules are achieved. The 5th chapter is the system implementation and test, the environment, the database connection, function module and test are carried out with the Black box testing. The test proved that the development goal of the system is achieved; The system can run smoothly, and the man-machine interfaces are humanized. The 6th chapter is the conclusion, the problems and results during the process of system design and writing paper are summarized, and finally the research ideas are discussed in the future.
