Commercial Concrete Production And Enterprise Management Information System Development And Application

Along with computers application gradually, it has been inevitabily put forward for us to research Management Information Systems (MIS) of the commercial concrete corporation, to meet its development. We research this to solve the present problem in the field of concrete construction, to meet the requirement of the commercial concrete corporation to integrate the information and management of its internal development, and to enhance the abilities of its own in the competitions. The goal of this paper is the appliance of computer technology in the commercial concrete corporation. Researches are made on network technology, software compiling and project management during putting into effect.The paper presents the basic concept, principle, method and technology of MIS. And some further systems analysis how to use these contents effectively are also done. Furthermore this paper talked about how to compile software of MIS and how to form corporation own LAN.After graduate course, I try to use the knowledge about the hardware, software and network includes computer system structures, network topological frameworks and operation systems, setting involved in the construction of MIS of the commercial concrete corporation.Based on above basic theories and practical circumstances, talking Jinhua Town Construction Concrete Corporation as an example, some further researches are done with the construction of commercial concrete corporation MIS. They involve construction principle, analysis of main function modules (including eight modules: system management module, market branch management module, manufacture branch management module, experiment room management module, material branchmanagement module, statistic inquire management module, news in brief of corporation management module, manufacturer word maintenance management module), the realization of every module, design of main module, and implement of system, maintenance and some security questions. And furthermore, somediscussions of system expansibility are done about the orientation of extension and some constructive methods of extension.Finally, in the chapter of conclusion, the paper concludes some prominent operational features and the functions of the system, and does the analysis of the software cost and benefit, and does an introduction of the application prospect of the system in the trade.
