In the environment of economic globalization and the financial internationalization, City Commercial Banks(CCB) have not only to face with the large State-owned Commercial Banks(SCB) role, but also face the impact of Foreign Commercial Bank(FCB). Combination of the features of the commercial banks, the implementation of human resource management system is imminent. One important part of Human Resources Management is salary services, which not only relates the salary of the employees' personal interests, also will directly affect the enterprise human resources efficiency and productivity, and thus further affect the enterprise strategic target realization.Based on the analysis of the former salary management system of a bank, which has not yet been established centralized and unified salary information maintain, processing, analysis and management platform, this paper established a uniform concentration of new human resource compensation system according to the characteristics of remuneration management system. A Browser/Server module Centralized management human resource salary management system, Through the list of basic data management, salary issue process, attendance whole management, report generation such core module requirement analysis and research, centralized management compensation system is improved business processing efficiency and data accuracy and saved the operation management cost, quicken the son of information management information, electronic construction; To achieve the flow of online operation of salary system, human resources salary system realized the payday setting, payroll, salary put hair, payday for examination and approval, financial processing business streamline salary, so as to standard business operation, reduce transaction and information maintenance work and enhance the timeliness and accuracy; Provided personalized self-service functionality to employees. Employees can query their own wages through salary information management platform by themselves. Also Employees can statistics on their salary, print payroll, purchase their own selectable welfare.Following the process of Software Engineering, we give a research on the background of human resource salary system,and then analyze the requirements, put up the skeleton of design,discuss the implementation and design of modules. At the same time, we introduce the system implementation in the deployment from the development environment,programming test and operation result.
