Design And Implementation Of Hun Yuan Country Industrial And Commercial Bureau Logistics Management System

Logistics work realizes its responsibility of service and management by providing convince work environment to unit staff and improving resource utilization.At present,the logistics work of the industrial and commercial bureau of Hun Yuan county still use paper which not only reduces the utilization of resources but also can't guarantee the efficient logistics of unit staff.Therefore,in order to improve the logistics personnel's service ability of the industrial and commercial bureau of Hun Yuan country,this paper investigation and analysis characteristics and needs of the work of industrial and commercial bureau of Hun Yuan country,and based on the investigated requirements and characteristics,we design and realize a logistics management system which is ba sed on the technology of JAVAEE and the architecture of MVC.In this paper,we first analysis the characteristic,the current situation and the requirement of the logistics work of the industrial and commercial bureau of Hun Yuan county.Next,In order to meet the requirement of the logistics work of the industrial and commercial bureau of Hun Yuan county,we set the function module of item management,vehicle management,fire management,green management,notification and regulation management and the management of system management.We analysis each module and give the detail functions and use case diagrams of each module.The module of item management mainly realize the function of the purchase,approval,maintenance of the item and the other functions.The module of vehicle management mainly realize functions of application,approval,maintenance of vehicles and the other functions.The module of fire management mainly realize the function of fire device management,fire arrangement,fire record maintenance and the other functions.The module of green management mainly realize functions of green plant management,the arrangement of green check and the other functions.The module of notification and regulation management mainly realize the function of the publish,modification and revocation of the notification and regulation and the other functions.The module of system management includes the management of role management and user role management.Then,we use the development technology of JAVAEE,the design pattern of MVC,the architecture of SSH and the database of SQLSERVER.Last,we use the technology of black box to test the function of each module and use the tool of LOADRUNNER to test the performance of the system.The result of our test work show that our system can satisfy the requirement of the logistics work of the industrial and commercial bureau of Hun Yuan county in function and performance.The logistics management system can ensure the logistics personnel to complete the daily work,reduce the workload of logistics personnel,improve the work efficiency of the logistics personnel,ensure the service and management function of the logistics personnel efficiently and then improve the utilization of resources and provide a convenient environment to unit staff.But the system function also need to adjust and expand and the performance of the system also need to be optimized in the process of the actual operation.
