The commercial concrete is an important materials of building, its use has been increased year by year. Because the concrete has itself physical characteristics and the personnel, equipment, weather, geography, traffic conditions on construction site have variety of merchandise, the distribution of the commercial concrete has great challenge effect. As market competition intensifies, commercial concrete delivery efficiency cost, quality not only affects the utilization of social resources, but also affect the core competitiveness of enterprises. And commercial concrete distribution occupy a larger proportion in the total business sales enterprise cost of commercial concrete, but also is a key link affecting overall customer satisfaction. In this context, in this paper do the following:First of all, according to the characteristics of the concrete industry systematic analysis distribution characteristics, distribution process, influencing factors, and summed up the results of the analysis concrete distribution of the status problem.
