Design And Implementation Of Liaoning Highway Traffic Control And Emergency Management System

As highway completion on a massive scale,delicacy management has currently become the main study field in highway management.The core businesses about highway are charging,highway maintenance,highway administration,and traffic control and emergency management.The major task of traffic control is to monitor the traffic condition of the whole highway network and deal with emergencies.This paper elaborates on designing a highway traffic control and emergency management platform to fit the actual highway management of Liaoning Province,based on the practical experience and business.This paper provides a detailed analysis on digital demand of highway traffic control and emergency management in Liaoning Province,and designs the modules of CCTV,highway network monitoring,emergency management,statistical analysis,shift report,and emergency resource,with respective loading interface of different management levels,and roles.Basically,this function realizes the real time monitoring,daily traffic control,and emergency management.This platform is part of the construction of Liaoning highway informatization,which is designed with standard interface to realize data sharing with the system.At last,an evaluation on platform performance and function is made.And the original design requirement is met.The original purpose is achieved.
