Studying On The Highway Traffic Information System And Application Of Hunan

In recent years, with the rapid development of society and economy in our country, people’s demand of the highway traffic is more and more intense. The messages manager system of highway traffic volume is an indispensable tool by which the highway traffic management departments can statistics, query and analysis the traffic volume, it’s also the important way to display the level of information-based traffic. How to manage traffic information and complete statistic efficiently is a significant subject of highway management department need to solve. The original traffic statistical scheme exists problem of sample fatigue and data vulnerable to human disturbance, etc. It already can’t satisfy the new demand of traffic statistics, so it is particularly important that perfecting and improving the existing traffic statistics, developing a real-time submitted and query traffic software.After reading a large number of literatures, this paper sums up development history and researching status of highway transportation statistics work at home and abroad. Through studying the Hunan Province highway traffic statistics and traffic statistics original scheme, this paper discusses the relationship between traffic flow and highway traffic. For the insufficient of the method calculating transportation volume in the current traffic statistical scheme, using calculation formula which calculate highway freight volume through the charging by weight data and calculate highway passenger transport through the ticketing mileage data, and combining with the knowledge of sampling theory, proposing a transportation volume calculation method which based on fluctuation coefficient and the ratio. Finally, according to the new demand of Ministry of Transportation and Highway Management Authority of Hunan Province, designing and implementing the system of querying the traffic flow data and submitting data.The system which is analyzed and implemented in this paper adopts B/S mode, following the development process of the advanced software engineering, under the Visual Studio 2010 development environment, using the ASP.NET technology which is based on the .NET platform, realized the querying function of traffic flow by day, month and year, the querying function of highway route and road segment traffic flow, the function of summarizing and generating the highway traffic statement, and submitting the daily traffic volume timely.etc. Finally using the software testing technology conducted a preliminary testing on the system, and achieved the desired effect.
