Telecom Operation Support System, a significant method to dredging fast and smartly of communication service, guaranteeing real-time on business, managing and optimizing on network resource, is an essential part of telecom network operation and management. In recent years, telecom communication carriers in China have entered into theall-service operating model which needs the advanced and smart OSS. Hence, OSS is playing a more and more important role in the business activities of telecom enterprises. It becomes a key developing part of all telecom carriers in China to build a set of function-comprehensive, compatibility-strong, information-shared and smart Operation Support System.China Telecom, as a giant telecom carrier, has a complex inner-running and managing process, It usually happens that time and energy wasted repeating works in the aspect of coordination and flow processing, which makes the result different from the expected due to the numerous departments and equipment.Starting from the existing problems in the process management of communication carriers, regarding Sichuan Telecom as model and combining the implementation framework of eTOM which is about OSS, this paper illustrates the actual working needs on operating in Sichuan Telecom. On the basis of inner contradiction of Sichuan Telecom, the author analyses the necessity of OSS, as the key part of running and maintaining business for carriers, the coordination works among subsystems in real, and the processing function of smart system. The point discussion of this paper is to solve the problems on the coordination of subsystems in OSS.The main project plan in this paper is to solve the problems on the coordination of subsystems in OSS, and to improve the auto-processing ability of OSS complementally. Finally, the author aims at designing a solution of dada application in enterprise to achieve the goal that clear, efficient, and smart processing.In the development stage of system, on the basis of understanding of the current top thread application in real works, combining the current situation of application on each system, this paper applies the method of Enterprise Application Integration (EAI), and brings current systems into the OSS of eTOM. And then, system data flow was broken through by technology means, and page-level application platform was integrated. Meanwhile, the author designs the low-cost small systems independently for some departments which need automation that do not affect the time-saving, energy-saving, flexibility and efficiency of overall data integration in enterprise.Finally, through research and practice, this project solves the problems of optimizing and integrating on the OSS subsystems in Sichuan Telecom. It solves the real problems of EAI in an uncomplex technology means.It's significant to the IT application in enterprises that combining the structural design of eTOM system and the integration of EAI technology. Furthermore, it lays a foundation for the future development of other subsystem models in eTOM business for enterprises.
