| In recent years, with the rapid development of the telecommunications industry, operation support system has been developed into a very important field of the domestic telecommunications industry management. Due to the continuous development of business, the manual work has been unable to satisfy the daily operations, therefore, telecommunication industry needs the operation support system to improve capabilities of the company’s business management.In this paper, using the Java development language, Oracle database technology, as well as popular web front-end technology, spring, hibernate framework design and implement a telecommunication industry operational support system. This system can implement supports of telecommunications company cloud server rental business. Mainly it is included of user management, role management, administrator management, cost management, billing account management, business account management, bills management and other core modules. Customers can use the system to open the account and password of cloud server login, check the package usage as well as historical consumption, to modify the package fee and so on. Telecommunication customers service staff can use this system to manage customer accounts, query cloud server used situations and others. Telecommunication managers can view a variety of statistical data through the system.This system has been inspected carefully though three different stages of after unit testing, integration testing and acceptance testing, and also been used strictly through two test methods of the functional testing and performance testing. Now, the test target of system has been completed, the test plan carry out fully, and satisfy the requirements of the system testing adequately. |
