Research And Realization Of Integrated Business Support System Based On The Telecom Local Network

With the competition of telecommunication, the telecommunication operators are changing management module from "center on business" to "center on customer". Faced to new business, the old Operation Support Systems can not meet these needs. A new Telecommunication Integrated Business Support System (IBSS) is coming.IBSS can automatize the operation flow management. So that, telecommunication operators can quickly, rapidly and in time provide service for customer. Operators can pay attention to not only network, but also customer and business. IBSS will aim at making Telecommunication business & operation management unified and information resource shared.So, IBSS must be standardization, opening, integration, and composed by components; IBSS must convenient for integrate old business and make new business plug & play; IBSS must build in unifiable application integration platform to voiding "Information Island".This paper discusses the correlating model and practical application about Telecommunication operation system. The structure weakness and lack of function in the old telecom "97" system are studied. According to the system building goal, based on the Multilayer Distributing Computer Mode , the system structure of the client/middle layer server/database server is given to build the new Telecom Integrated Business Support System , the idea of the logical data layer to be operated in the atom service is given .The thesis analyzes the function requirement. The business system structure , the abstract of the core entity relations and the technology applied to the system are given, designs the business process flow. Considering dependability , safety, opening, and real-time character, constructs network platform, system platform and database on the basis various applications. Finally, it realized the above-mentioned goals by equipment type selecting analysis and basic disposition of a few network , system ,and database. This main frame design has successfullydirected the development, spread and application of the IBSS.
