In recent years, with the development and popularization of the Internet, people's way of life and entertainment has changed dramatically in a short period of time. Similarly, all this has gradually shaken the main position of traditional cable television in people's amateur entertainment life, people's hobby gradually turn to individuality, privacy and diversified forms of entertainment by computer, mobile phone and PC from the sharing entertainment that people watch TV programs by family unit. In addition, mobile and telecommunications network operators in recent years rapidly, which lead to the Internet, mobile phone network rapidly popularized. As the Internet content constantly enrich and expand, it's business field gradually expand to live TV, which makes the computer, mobile phone and other network device own the function of watching live TV programs, and resulting in network television broadcast service like IPTV and OTT. Therefore, the one-way communication based television business can no longer meet the needs of the current people's entertainment life, the radio and television network industry is facing unprecedented pressure and challenges.In this paper, which combined with the current development trend of the Internet, through a specific analysis with the three annual operating data of B group, using the SWOT analysis matrix to determine the strategic model that B group should take in the current market environment. By referring to the advanced development experience of the domestic and foreign cable TV industry, combined with the background that china vigorously promote the "tri-networks integration", according to the B group's operating conditions, advantages and disadvantages, opportunities and challenges at the present stage, to make the further development strategy during the "13th Five-Year". Strategic level is mainly related to internal management, business form, development direction and other aspects of the detailed measures.
