In recent years, China's media industry has been in a period of the rapid development. In the early years, CCTV was the biggest TV station in China and dominated the media market. After that, more and more provincial satellite TV rose rapidly. Up to now, the first group of several stable members has a strong lead in the market. Meanwhile, new media, for example Internet, is springing up with an unprecedented rate, which breaks the dominance of traditional TV and paces up the reform of the major provincial satellite TV.According to the special industrial status, Chinese TV stations used to use specific and closed internal management methods and develop in enterprise management ways, although they are typical institutions in China. How to change their traditional management approaches to meet the requirements of age, is significant to the development of TV stations and China's media industry. When it turns to internal management, present age challenges the management methods of traditional institutions. On the other hand, as an important part of enterprise management, how to make human resource management finish transition successfully in organizational reform to meet the requirements of market development is crucial to the whole organizational development.This article focuses on human resource management of D TV. Based on relevant theories and basic situation of D TV, it discusses about the problems of D TV's human resource management during organizational reform, including messy organizational structure, unreasonable compensation allocation, lack of assessment and incentives, out of talent development channel and so on. After analyzing the reasons of D TV's human resource management and supporting by questionnaires and in-depth interviews with several management positions, it proposes suggestions and measures to human resource management reform. Then based on the results of questionnaires and interviews, it presents several alternatives to D TV's human resource management problems and selects one of them according to the comparison and D TV's realities. At the end of the article, it introduces the specific measures of D TV's human resource management scheme and evaluates the effect.When traditional TV stations face rapid industrial development, they will inevitably meet those common problems on human resource management and other internal management systems. It is hoped to reflect the problems and solutions of D TV's human resource management to the whole media industry and provide reference for peers.
