Design And Implementnation Of Production Management System For Textile Enterprises Based On SSH

As China's traditional manufacturing industry,the textile industry not only has a long history,and has occupied the national development and economic development in an important position.The production management process of textile enterprises includes procurement,production,sales and inventory and a series of processes.In order to improve production efficiency and management efficiency,we need a management information system to help enterprises to conduct a comprehensive monitoring and control of enterprise activities.With the rapid development of China's market economy,production management has become the core of enterprise survival and development.It is necessary to design a kind of integrated production management system which is oriented to the business process and can be extended to solve the problems of product order and production management service quality instability,workshop data communication delay,slow product inventory statistics and other enterprise production management.Real-time accurate production data is the most valuable information for manufacturing enterprises,providing customers with lasting information investment income.In order to solve the problems existing in the production process,this paper designs and realizes the software of textile production based on the information integration and sharing,the flow of the basic parts,the timely extraction of the production information,the feedback,and the improvement of the production management process efficiency.In the process of system implementation,this paper will be advanced software development model,software engineering thinking runs through the upper business and the underlying database design.The system adopts B / S mode multi-layer application architecture,uses MyEclipse 10 as the foreground development tool,uses J2 EE as the core technical framework,uses SSH as the architecture solution,the page layer uses JSP technology to develop,uses Oracle 11 g as the database management system,Through the WEB Service to achieve the comprehensive utilization of data.Through the design and implementation of textile production software,and then promote the textile enterprise information construction,can make the chain enterprises at all levels of the use of shared resources for a unified collaboration and services,to achieve information resource sharing.At the same time,with the help of the service platform,the textile enterprises should change the extensive,labor-intensive and single operation mode in order to enhance the added value of various textile products and realize the effective and rational allocation of the internal resources.
