The Design And Implementation Of The Shengli Textile Enterprises For The Production Management

There are many textile enterprises located in Shaoxing city. ProductionManagement is an important part of textile enterprises’ daily management works.Currently, the manner of production management of Shaoxing Shengli Textile Co., Ltdis manual management. This will lead to raw material and capital occurrence keep longin stock, production information and market information behide the practicalrequirement. The decision of enterprise has been affected in a certain degree. In orderto reduce inventory, improve efficiency, the company realizes that theinformationization of produce tion management is necessary.Based on the analysis of enterprise’s production management process, theenterprise’s requirements are analyzed, the modules are designed and implemented, andthen a production management system for Shaoxing Shengli Textile Co., Ltd is designedand developed. The main function includes order management, pattern management,inventory management, purchase management, color separation, color matching andproduction, etc. The design method of the system is structure-oriented softwareengineering approach. In requirements analysis phase, business process diagrams, dataflow diagrams and data dictionary are used for system modeling; In system design stage,module functional block diagrams are given; In implementation phase, programflowcharts and algorithmthe code are used go describe the implementation of the system;Finally, the test process of the system was descripted. The material requirement of eachorder is calculated automaticly based on order and product structure. And the rawmaterial purchase requirement is also given automaticly based on material requirementbill, inventory information and suppliers’ information. Production plan arrangement canbe worked out by using the function of production process management. The colors of apattern can be separated by using color separation function. And color matchingfunction can be used to adjust the color of patterns. The application of the system canhelp textile enterprises to save costs and raise economic benefits.
