With the progress of society and the development of science and technology,users of all aspects of product requirements increasing.The market demand for more varieties of small quantities of products is growing,the cycle of product replacement is getting shorter and shorter.In this case,the flexible manufacturing system(FMS)will come into being.FMS has become an important part of modern manufacturing,The control system as the core of flexible manufacturing line,but also toward automation,High reliability of the direction of rapid development.In this paper,aiming at the problem of the wide range of field devices and the requirement of efficient and fast data transmission in the field of intelligent control system,a solution is proposed to replace the PROFIBUS field system with field devices by PROFINET.Distributed field devices are integrated into industrial Ethernet PROFINET through the field controllers PLC200 and CP243-1,and the out-warehouse unit,the frequency conversion spindle forming processing unit,the workpiece size detection unit,the assembly handling unit,the finished product library unit,Through the Ethernet connection transmission,coordination station work,the system can stand alone,each other is not affected.Each station uses the independent PLC200 control,guarantees the equipment stable and the reliable movement.The main controller uses PLC300,through the integrated PROFINET connection,realizes the position machine and the scene equipment direct data transmission and the read.Aiming at the control of the transmission system in the flexible manufacturing line,this paper designs a model-free adaptive controller to replace the traditional PID controller to control the speed of the motor to ensure the low overshoot and fast Reaction to control the motor speed,thus ensuring the motor drive system performance.On the position machine uses the ForceControl configuration software to design the supervisory system,realizes the scene equipment movement situation dynamic monitor and the demonstration.The implementation of the program makes the whole control system fast and control performance is improved,with high reliability,the application of Ethernet PROFINET system processing unit and the drive system into an organic whole;Modularization and standardization of hardware design and software programming makes design difficulty significantly reduced.The overall structure of the system has modularity,openness and expansibility,and has certain practical application meaning.
