As various kinds of technology including Computer,Communication, Control and Cathode Ray Tube(CRT) developingquickly, Measurement & Control Network(MCN) tends towardsnetworking, distributing, opening and interoperating, which is widelyapplied in many fields such as industry automation, Intelligent Building,processing control, etc. They increase greatly the efficiency of productionand the economic performance. This article put forward the useful andeasily-realizable and reliable control arithmetic and the way to realize theautomatic control system of the on-line analysis and detection about thecomponent of the raw material cane sugar, on the basis of including thetheory of process control, technology of DCS and PLC, in term of thecharacteristic of the on-line analysis and detection about the componentof the raw material cane sugar, also by using the electrical and instrumentcontrol equipment of the artificial intelligence with the practical andreliable technology and advanced quota. The thesis emphasize the key equipments and the design of electriccontrol of the on-line analysis and detection, Such as : step motor,metering pump, reversible motor, automatic titrimeter, function unit,display and control circuit etc.. And it introduces in particular the wayand arithmetic of those control that are software process, speed and route.Make use of the system of PLC and PC, we can carry out the function ofoperation and analysis automation On the basis of synthesis, comparison,analysis and experiment. Goals of the on-line analysis and detection'sproducing process such as speedy, precision and automatic operatingmode are achieved. the automatic control system has the advantage ofsimple operation, low cost, credibility and stabilization.
