In recent years, China's rapid progress in computer technology, since 2008, to promote economic development, economic growth point, China began to increase efforts to develop the Internet of things industry. August 2009, Wen Jiabao in the "inform China" speech, it is the research and application development of China's Internet of things to a climax. Today, the Internet of things has been applied to the IT technology in all walks of life. Internet of things is the core, on the basis of the Internet, in addition to the realization of information exchange and communication between people, but also should be able to achieve the information exchange and communication between people and objects and objects.China is a large country with a large population, the price of electric bicycle is cheap, and it is one of the main means of transport. However, due to the huge number of electric bicycles, registration is not complete, theft occurred, and the case is difficult, therefore, a centralized control of the electric bicycle and the software is very necessary. Public security network is through the Internet of things technology automatic acquisition "person, vehicle, the thing, the event" specific information,through information fusion and intelligent analysis, to achieve the dynamic management and comprehensive application, smart policing model construction,improvement, protection, management, control and rapid emergency response capacity. Public security vehicle control platform will use the public security Internet of things, through the car in order to achieve the control and management of electric vehicles within the area. Public vehicle control platform through the base station and mobile terminal inspection and holding search machines and other equipment data acquisition, through these data to realize the query of electric vehicles, electric vehicle trajectory search, base station setup and management, vehicle detection control anddata statistics. The platform aims to electric bicycle registration management to establish long-term mechanism, the establishment of electric bicycle control network,effective protection of people's property safety, and through the acquisition of electric bicycle trajectory information, for the case of detection to provide information support.In the function of the system, it will use UML to design the system function and process, using J2 EE to code the system function and using the struts+spring+hibernate development framework. In the system's database, will use the E-R chart to design the database and use Oracle to develop the database. After the system is put into use, will integrate the area of electric bicycle management, the area of electric bicycles for real-time monitoring, to help solve the area of electric bicycle management and vehicle anti-theft and other work.
