China's grain output ranks first in the world,but the loss of grain in storage stage in China is also huge.In order to reduce the loss of grain in storage,monitoring in grain storage stage is particularly important.The existing granary monitoring system is mainly based on artificial monitoring,which has low accuracy rate,poor real-time performance and low efficiency,which is increasingly incompatible with the current high frequency and large quantity of grain storage and logistics.The real-time information acquisition and processing of the Internet of things makes the real-time and accuracy of granary monitoring greatly improved.The real-time monitoring system driven by the Internet of things has an unparalleled advantage in reducing the loss of grain in storage and improving the efficiency of granary operations.First,the system architecture of the granary real time state monitoring system is put forward,and the RFID technology,WSN technology and graph theory of the key support technology of the granary real-time state monitoring system are briefly summarized.Finally,the key technology of the system monitoring model construction,the monitoring configuration scheme and the development of the system platform is carried out.That is to say.Secondly,the construction of granary real-time state monitoring model.First,by analyzing the problems existing in the existing granary monitoring system,we put forward the requirements of the grain real-time monitoring system driven by the Internet of things.Secondly,by analyzing the traditional grain storage business process,we find the problems existing in grain storage operations.Then,we apply the Internet of things technology in grain storage logistics,and summarize the business process.Next,the information model of grain storage operation driven by Internet of things is abstracted by applying graph theory.Finally,the monitoring information model of grain storage and logistics driven by Internet of things is constructed.Then,the configuration of granary real-time state monitoring is studied.First,based on the analysis of granary's plane structure and the monitoring information model of granary,the configuration of granary real-time state monitoring is analyzed.Secondly,it summarizes the allocation and monitoring of grain warehousing and logistics.Finally,based on the characteristics of granary,the configuration of food environment,personnel and video monitoring is put forward.Finally,the software and hardware design of grain real-time monitoring system is designed.First of all,the framework of granary monitoring system is outlined.Secondly,the hardware of the terminal for monitoring information collection of the granary monitoring system is designed.Then,the main functions of the grain real-time monitoring system are designed.Finally,a real-time monitoring system for granary is designed based on programming technology,and the main function models are introduced.
