Design And Implementation Of The University Charge Management System

With the continuous deepening of the education reform in our country, the scale of enrollment in Colleges and universities is also growing. With the diversification of school running mode, the charge items and standards of charging are increasingly complex. What's more, the diversification of tuition fee payment greatly increased the difficulty and workload of the charge management work in universities. Developing a set of universities charge management system which is suitable for general colleges and universities, on the one hand, it can reduce universities charge management cost, enhance the working efficiency of the charge personnel and reduce human error. On the other hand, it can standardize the business process of charge management in colleges and universities, implement the informatization of the charge management work in colleges and universities.This paper has built the model on universities charge management system using the.net framework and the Server SQL database technology, based on B/S architecture by UML modeling language. The main work of this paper includes:this paper has made a introduction of research background, significance of the project and the research status at home and abroad. The detailed system design has been introduced based on the class diagram and sequence diagram of introduced in detail after getting the functional and nonfunctional requirements.The summary of paper and future expectation are included after finishing coding and testing of the system.University charge management system includes four function modules:basic data management, charge registration, query statistics, system management. On the premise of meeting the universities charge managementprocess, system has the high stability, reliability and expansibility. The system has clear interface, good user experience and is easy to operate. It can reduce the working pressure of universities charge personnel, improve the work efficiency and reduce human error. The deployment and implementation of university charge management system not only can reduce the cost of university management, improve security and integrity of charge information, standardize business process of charge management in universities, and also step out a solid step for campus data informatization in universities.
