With the rapid development of information technology, management information system is more and more widely used in various fields of society. Human resources in the enterprise management has very important position, in the 1960 s, developed countries had already begun to development and application of human resource management system. Haman Resource Management System is an important function of Enterprise Management Platform(EMP), it can greatly improves the efficiency and effectiveness of human resources, enhances the management level of enterprises, so it attracts people's attention, and adopts by more and more enterprises.First of all, we carry out system analysis according to the actual situation of the enterprise, the contents include: business needs analysis, performance requirement analysis, function demand analysis, economic feasibility analysis, technical feasibility analysis, analysis results show that the development of this system is feasible. Then,the article carry out system design, the system is divided into seven modules: system management module, payment management module, performance evaluation module,personnel information module, training management module, attendance management module, internal recruitment module, each module contains more than one function,form trapezoid structure of management system; then the article carry out the database schema design, include a total of 38 data tables, and introduce the internal structure of the data sheet.According to the results of system analysis and design, we carry out the system development, system architecture adopts B / S architecture and application development technology using JSP and SQL, database using SQL server, database connection technology using JDBC. Through the above development technology, all the functions of the system are realized, including a total of 12 main interfaces, 10 main processes, and more than 40 sub processes. The client adopting the browser to complete, paper expounds the concrete realization of each module method.In the development process, we have taken the TDD design method; after the completion of the development, we have taken the JUnit4 test method. Test results show that the performance and function of the system are in line with the requirements,and can be safe, stable and efficient operation, to meet the needs of human resources work. This system can be convenient, timely, and user interaction, greatly improving the human resource management efficiency, and the system is easy to maintain.
