Credit is the soul and the cornerstone of the modern market economy. No credit, there is no good economic environment and social order. The construction of social credit system is to improve the market economic system and the inevitable choice of constructing a harmonious society. For enterprises, construction of credit system is an important part of modern enterprise management. With the deepening of media industry transformation of enterprises, the construction of media enterprise credit system gradually attract the attention of business leaders and academia. In the background of vigorously promoting the construction of credit system by national government, the discussion on the construction of credit system continues to heat up in various industries in recent years. Media companies in the market-oriented development also urgently need to establish a credit system. It is beneficial to establish a good credit relations and to promote the sustainable and healthy development of the media business.This article start with understanding credit and comprehensive analysis of credit, media enterprise credit and media enterprise credit system. And this article analysis of the character and individuality of credit between media enterprises and general business especially, and thus have an accurate, overall, and comprehensive understanding in the construction of media companies credit system. Credit system of media companies are under the overall promotion of national credit management system construction. Conscious of the development of national credit system and credit system of media industry at home and abroad is beneficial to learning from reasonable experience abroad, and setting up the credit system in line with China's national conditions and the media industry development. The article proposed design ideas from guiding ideology, principles, general framework based on grasping current development, and build one of the five credit system, including media enterprise credit information system, technology platform, media credit evaluation system, the media credit monitoring system and credit institution support system. And the article analyze the driving force including government, market and public opinion. This paper elaborated five systems mentioned above in detail and set up the media enterprise credit evaluation system that is a bright spot in this paper. The evaluation system made index reference for enterprises' internal credit, and promote the continuous improvement of media enterprises credit system.In the construction of media enterprise credit system, collecting media credit information is the basis of the credit system construction; building credit platform is an important part of the credit system construction; set up credit evaluation index system is the key and core; credit monitoring and system construction is the safeguard mechanism of media enterprise credit system construction. Each subsystem interlocking and mutually reinforcing, operate effectively in the credit system of enterprise to promote the level of media enterprises credit and the healthy development of the media business.
