The Research Of Enterprise Credit Archives Management

With the development of society and the improvement of social civilization, social credibility was involved with different types of activities. Credibility actives were promoted by all walks of life. For enterprises, credit is a kind of resources and the lifeblood of them. Enterprise credit files are records in social activities of credit situation and play a vital role. On the one hand, enterprises credit files occupy the supervise role in the enterprises development, their objective is to urge enterprises to keep its promise of self-discipline and standards of business. On the other hand, enterprise credit files have positive influences on enterprise assets, market expanding, brand establishing, going public and so forth. According to the positive influences like listed above, it is very necessary to strengthen enterprise credit archives management.This paper is based on a deep research about the policies of enterprise credit archives management in our country, combined with domestic and foreign research results and preliminary research. According to the enterprise credit files management situation analysis, the author begins the research from the concepts of credit files, enterprise credit files, policies, policies analysis method, the basic theory of policy analysis, etc. Analyzing and illustrating enterprise credit files management policies in our country with policies analysis method through following aspects:policy system and policy making, policy implementation, policy evaluation, policy surveillance.Specifically, this paper is constituted by six parts. The first part is introduction. This part introduced the purpose, the significance, the domestic and foreign research results, research methods and innovative points.The second part, study on the basic and related theory of enterprise credit files in our country. At first, the author defined the concepts of credit files, enterprise credit files, policies, policies analysis method, the basic theory of policy analysis, etc. Then detailed analyzed the policies of enterprise credit files at present in our country and the necessity of building enterprise credit archives management policies.The third part, based on the perspective of policies analysis, pointed out that problems of enterprise credit archives management of our country. At first, the current situation and influence factors of our country's enterprise credit file. Then it analyzed the problems that still existed in the management with the policy analysis method.The forth part, through the perspective of policies analysis, the countermeasures and suggestions improving our country's enterprise credit archives management were exhibited. This section is the main body of this paper. First, it summarized favorable conditions of enterprise credit files management in our country. Then, it listed the countermeasures and suggestions improving the management of our country's enterprise credit files. Approaches to establishing the enterprise credit files structure were presented under the leading of some principles such as target, objectivity, systematicity, coerciveness and authoritative.The fifth part, aiming at the macro analysis, illustrated an example that present the application of credit archives management policies.The sixth part was the conclusions. It is the summarization of the whole paper; it summed up the main research results and looked forward to the research on the next step.
