Design And Implementation Of Liaoyang Enterprise Credit Management System

At present,China has entered a credit society,and the social economy has developed into a credit economy,but the existing social credit system is not perfect.Therefore,dishonesty often occurs in commercial transactions and personal consumption.In order to ensure the stable development of social economy,it is the key to establish a perfect social information system.In recent years,China has also constantly stressed the importance of building a social credit system.In this paper,at first,we analyze the meaning and the background of building a credit management system and the problems existing in the construction of credit system of Liaoyang city at present stage.Then a credit management system for Liaoyang city are designed and implemented.It can integrate the isolated information and realize the exchange,query and release of credit information between various departments in Liao Yang city.The main function of the system includes credit information collection,credit information release,credit information query,information entry,and red and black list management,etc.UML is used to analysis and design the system,and use case diagram,sequence diagram and flowchart are employed to describe the result of analysis and design.ASP.NET and SQL Server 2005,etc.are used to implement the system.The architecture is B/S mode.Pilot run of the system shows that it is in good working condition and can meet the needs of daily work of credit information management.
