Design And Implementation Of Enterprise Quality Credit Archives And Credit Grade Evaluation Management System

In recent years,there have been many social problems and negative public opinions caused by product quality problems,It reveals that there are insufficient quality management work and the quality credit of enterprises needs to be improved.Develop enterprise quality credit file and credit rating management system,integrate existing basic information and other information resources,eliminate information islands,break the current situation of asymmetric,incomplete and inaccurate credit file information,and improve the performance of quality supervision departments.Reduce work pressure,reduce management costs,and improve work efficiency.The enterprise quality credit file and credit rating evaluation management system mainly focuses on relying on the research results of quality management theory,relying on the credit evaluation system and indicators to solve two problems: one is to improve the credit file information resource library;the other is to realize the enterprise credit evaluation model digitization.In the design of the system,the system has considered three aspects: technical route,data sharing and economic feasibility.In terms of technical route,in order to facilitate the centralized deployment management of the provincial bureau and simplify the development,maintenance and use of the system,this paper adopts the B/S mode and develops the system based on the Java platform J2 EE technology,through the XML Extensible Markup Language,Java.Server Pages,Servlet and other programming techniques and object-oriented programming methods to achieve the system,so that it has good compatibility,scalability,maintainability and portability.In terms of data sharing,in order to realize data sharing and exchange within the quality supervision system,the object-oriented SOA distributed architecture is adopted to realize the integration of information resources,which makes information resource exchange and sharing more convenient.In terms of economic feasibility,the system runs on a virtual server.The Oracle database and Linux Redhat Enterprise operating system used by the provincial government have purchased products,which reduces capital investment and improves economic efficiency.After the system is put into use,more than 20,000 pieces of quality credit information of various enterprises have been collected.The credit evaluation model has been initially established in the quality supervision system and the credit evaluation of the enterprise has been carried out,which has improved the digital level of quality management.The system was established in 2015 and put into trial operation at the end of 2016.It has been used for nearly 3 years.The electronic management of all-round process collection and credit evaluation of quality credit files has been realized,which has improved work efficiency,enriched the information.
