Business Process Reengineering Under The Perspective Of Big Data

Under the environment of globalization,the competition among enterprises is becoming more and more fierce.Fierce competition has brought great changes to the whole corporate environment and market circumstances.In the background of big data era,the enterprise can not obtain rapid expansion unless it has been combined with the development concept and technology of business process reengineering and big data.The innovation of enterprises is conducive to the sustainable development of enterprises.Therefore,the application and research of business process reengineering based on big data has very important practical significance and theoretical value.Firstly,this paper introduced the key technologies of big data and business process reengineering.According to the relevant technology and knowledge,we analysed innovative business process reengineering in the background of the big data and we make a detailed and in-depth study of the process mining model.This paper using Petri net technology disposed process mining prototype,analysed the model interval and log of the process,reformulated the algorithm and process and made the analysis of the enterprise.Finally,according to the results of the analysis of the reengineering,we formulated implementation method and implementation strategy.In this paper,we took A company as a case to carry out analysis and research.Through the detailed location of the new products of the recycling process,the author put forward the effective optimization and optimization measures,eventually summed up the a set of effective new process and new solutions to adapt to the development in a large data environment for the enterprises.Under the background of the era of big data,this paper put forward the key method for business process reengineering and core strategy and it provides a new way of thinking for business process reengineering.
