With the rapid development of domestic economy, the living standard is improved and the coal production of coal mining enterprises is accelerated. Productive accidents could occur if the staffs don't pay attention to safety management while speeding up the coal production. It is a focal issue for mine researchers and even the whole people how to improve the efficiency of coal production while reducing the occurrence of coal mine accidents. The main functions of existing mine information management system are limited to PC or WLAN, lacking reliability, timeliness and mobility. Mine personnel cannot keep abreast of the mine reliably and timely because the function and efficiency are not fully utilized. Thus it is an indispensable means for coal mine safety operation, reasonable management and efficient management to utilize modern information technology to reform the inherent mine information system.Aiming at the needs of the digital information development of the digital mine, based on the objective of construction of digitized mine and combined with the current popular mobile Internet technology, the mobile internet information management system of digitized mine is put forward in this paper.The system is a new type of mobile information systems mixing mobile Internet and Internet of things together, providing users with the ability of inquiring about and monitoring the production of coal mine at anywhere and anytime. To design this system, first of all, in view of the actual situation of mine information management, needs analysis covers three parts including production management, safety management, and operating management. Secondly, design the overall system and the function modules of system and database from two aspects of the network architecture and software architecture according to the needs analysis. Next, have a further design according to the design of overall system, using the database MYSQl for storing data, web server for data transmission, and Android client for realizing each function module of the system and service logic. The system includes production management module, safety monitoring, control module, salesmanagement module, personnel distribution module, video monitoring module and key engineering module. Finally, test the various functional modules of the system.Through the test, digitized mine mobile Internet information management system achieved the anticipated effect, and also operated in a mine industry in north Shaan'xi. Users can install our mine information management APP in mobile terminal, with which users can handle the mine condition wherever and whenever. Measures are able to be adopted in time when dangers occur, which improve the safety factor, decrease the accident rate and realizes the effective management of mine.
