| The object of digital production management for mine enterprise is to construct a management information system of mine enterprise that based on Internet/Intranet technology and application software development technology. Its requirement analysis is based on the natural mineral resource, human resource, environment condition of enterprise with its scientific, specification and reliable, by MIS and digital technology method, To application effectually the digital production management for mine enterprise is play a very important role in ensuring sustainable and stable development for mine enterprise.In the procedure of constructing a digital production management system, the following contradictions are often occurred: system's integrality requirement and system's realization is implemented partly step by step, MIS functions stability and development variable in enterprise with time evolution, static information of database and dynamic status of production process, how to ensure the seamless integration for information system development, the answer is to layout the development of MIS for enterprise in scientific, to make out the adaptive pattern, strategy and method for information analysis, design and its implement.Research work are in the following: 1) MIS is planned and designed in a unified way and constructed step by step,2)Key technology issues are studied in planning and implementing,3) scheme of digital production management for XiShiMen Iron Mine enterprise is proposed. With the infrastructure based on Internet and telecom net, to build a real time video system for production management and equipment running monitoring system, to collect data related into database and show them in video and some visual formation to assure the production is effectively and safety. |
