Design And Implementation Of Project Management System Based On Workflow

With the level of office automation to continuously improve, companies have achieved varying degrees of automation management in the project application and approval, and workflow customization directly determines the value in use and scalability of the system. The real issue has been existed that departments change and personnel change in every company, which requires developers to modify the code to continue to meet business needs.So, building a scalable and open project management system to ensure that the project workflow can be customized and the system can be adapted, will be our urgent problems.Firstly, we conducted in-depth research on the status of the project management system and analyzed the shortcomings of the current project management in the design and implementation presence. Combining with the popular workflow engine technology,we sorted out the needs of the project management system. Then,based on B / S structure mode, using the relevant framework SSM of J2 EE,we started the business development of the project management system and completed the system management module including user management, role management, rights management. Next, we used Activiti workflow engine technology to complete process management and project management; including the deployment process, the flow of processing, project release, project approval. Finally, the whole system testing and analysis was made to ensure the completeness and robustness of the system.Based on open source framework SSM of MVC model, the system is constructed by introducing a workflow engine technology. We processed code common treatment to reduce the degree of processes and business in order to facilitate the process customization and system scalability. It is an urgent need for enterprise project management platform.
