Design And Implementation Of Cooperative Office System Facing Project Management

With the development of the market economy, the competition of the market is more and more intense. If the enterprise wants to win the market, he must enhance his own competitive power. More and more enterprises use the way of project management to manage the production and the work. The advantage of project management lies in that the duty and relations are clear, and the responsibility is carried out to the person. However, the low carrying out ability of the project management restricts the development of the enterprise. On the other hand, with the development of the market, the work of enterprise management becomes more and more complex. It is nearly impossible to do the work by one person. Therefore, developing the cooperative application system is the main application technology and application pattern to realize the informationization of enterprise.The cooperative office system in this thesis is an office automation system facing enterprise project management. The system assists the enterprise to utilize the advanced office automation method to complete the work from the simple daily business management to the project management, personnel management, and Real-time task control. The system even helps the enterprise make higher management decision. Besides has traditional office automation system's function such as email, workflow, document management, the system pays more attention to the decomposition, the coordination and the surveillance of the task, the accumulation and the sharing of the knowledge. The system constructs coordinative working platform for the enterprise effectively.The author of this thesis participates in the design and development of the system, and works on the research and development of project management module, the document management module and daily business module. In order to finish this thesis, he arranges and summarizes the work done in researching and developing this system.Taking the development of the cooperative office system as the background, on the deep research and analysis through the requirement of the enterprise, this thesis analyzes the general structure and design blueprint of the system in details. The thesis is divided into five parts. The first part introduces the system development background and the analysis of developing technology .The second part describes the system's functional requirements and non-functional requirements. The third part explains the design goal and the principle of the system, and introduces the system's technical construction and function construction. The forth part introduces detail design of main function modules. The fifth part introduces realization of the system.
