Research On Planning And Implementation Of Office Automation Project Of Huai'an Financial Holding Group

In recent years,the influence of Internet and information technology on enterprise management and development has become increasingly profound.In daily management,the use of office automation system makes daily work more convenient,fast and efficient.At the same time,business managers realize that the efficiency and development of enterprises are inseparable from the advanced office management methods.They increasingly feel that business management without the support of information technology is inseparable.It's not enough.In this context,more and more enterprises begin to introduce project management to build office automation system,use office automation system to manage enterprises,and track the implementation effect of the system,so as to make the office automation system develop more high-quality in technology and application.This paper takes Huai'an Financial Holding Group as the research object,and carries out the research on the basis of the literature review of project management and office automation system.Firstly,based on the actual situation of the enterprise,the feasibility and necessity of implementing office automation in the group are explored by SWOT analysis method,and the basis and foothold of office automation project planning are obtained.Planning follows the process of project management,and makes detailed planning on project objectives,project implementation methods,project stakeholders and project requirements.Secondly,work structure decomposition diagram(WBS)and organization execution structure are further used to implement the project.Under the guidance of theory and in combination with enterprise practice,this paper focuses on the control of project progress,quality and system safety in the process of project implementation,and stipulates the work that should be completed in each stage through stage control,so as to prevent major deviation from project implementation and make the project carry out smoothly.Finally,through the implementation of the office automation system in the financial control group,the effect before and after is achieved.By contrast,the paper verifies the success of the whole project,summarizes the experience and lessons of the project,and puts forward some suggestions for improvement,which has a good reference value for the follow-up work and the implementation of new projects.
