Research On The Office Automation System Applied In Department Of The Mathematics And Technology Information. Xingjiang Education Institute

The Office Automation (OA)System of Department of the Mathematics and Information Technology, Xingjiang Education Institute is a project of the information construction of Xinjiang Education Institute.This OA system is based on workflow technology and SQL Server 200X platform. The original motivation to develop the system was to reduce the work intensity and increase the efficiency in the offices of our Institute. The application of the OA system will improve work efficiency, save cost, and bring economical and social benefits to enterprises, institutes and the governments.The main conclusion of this thesis illustrated as follows:(1) Based on the research on the requirement of office operations in The Mathematics and Information Technology Department of Xingjiang Education Institute, the main structure of the OA system for has been designed.(2) Through analysis of the OA structure based on Relational database, a workflow control model has been set up and an approach to the implement of the model has also been proposed.(3) The design and the implement of the OA system.
