Research On The Cooperative Work System Of Aerospace Science And Technology Intelligence Based On Project Knowledge Management

The advent of the information explosion era brought challenge to the traditional aerospace science and technology intelligence information management process. Currently, the intelligence researchers are short of an effective tool for working together, which is lowering the work efficiency. In addition, the lack of informations sharing mechanisms among intelligence researchers leads to the formation of information silos. This paper aims to design a cooperative work system for aerospace science and technology intelligence researchers based on the project knowledge management to improve the work efficiency.Firstly, based on the four-stage processes of intelligence information collection, storage, analysis and service, this paper analyzes the problems of current intelligence information management. T he current problems of the aerospace science and technology intelligence information management include the lack of systematic information collection process, low efficiency of intelligence information analyzing, the lack of intelligence information sharing platform and narrow service area of the intelligence information. Causes of these problems include the insuffucient information tools application, information management tools backward, the lack of information integration platform and internal feedback mechanism. Secondly, this paper designed an aerospace technology intelligence work system based on project knowledge management theory using structured system development and object-oriented method, including the overall architecture design and system design. The overall architecture design includes system architecture, server architecture, workflow, data architecture, key technology selection, development of infrastructure, security management framework and operational design. The system design section includes information-processing subsystem, data mining subsystem, the Internet information monitoring and intelligence service. Finally, this paper proposes the guaranteeing measures for ensuring the implementation of the system. During the intelligence information collection process, the aerospace science and technology intelligence knowledge team shoud be set up and the system implemantion process should be specified. During the intelligence information storage process, the project knowledge map of the aerospace science and technology intelligence and the renewal machanism of the knowledge base should be established. During the intelligence information analyzing process, the intelligence researchers training should be considered seriously and an expert committee should be set up. During the intelligence information service process, the intelligence information sharing awareness should be strenghened and a dynamic evalution system should be established.By building an aerospace science and technology intelligence cooperative work system, the intelligence researchers, even discipline officers, can fully cooperate systematically to improve the processing capacity of the intelligence information and work efficiency. T he aerospace science and technology intelligence cooperative work system integrates the whole process of the aerospace science and technology intelligence information management based on the project knowledge manegement, contributing to the coordinated development of the intelligence work.
