Research And Development Of Network Cooperative OA System Based On Knowledge Management

The Office Automation (OA) is an important part in enterprises information system. The development of the Office Automation System is synchronous with the data, information and knowledge's.The first generation of the office automation system, which main handle with the data,had developed to the next generation of the office automation system,which main handle with information and is developing to the third generation of the office automation system now which main transaction contents is the knowledge.It completed two flight leaps in three evolution stages of the office automation,one is data handle toward information handle and the other one is information handle toward knowledge handle.Carrying out the Knowledge Management is the requirements of enterprises for adapting themselves to the social development. And it is also the goals of the enterprises information system construction. Combining OA with Knowledge Management to construct the OA system which is based on the knowledge management is the development trend in the new generation of OA system. For integration OA with Knowledge Management, made knowledge management play an important role and also made OA take place the quality to leap. It is a complex system project for enterprises to construct OA system based on the knowledge management. How to construct and implement it in technology is the main problem that i will discuss and solve in this paper.This thesis, firstly, elaborated the current status in domestic and abroad research of the office automation and overviewed to the basic conception of the office automation and the knowledge management, and then analyzed the inevitability of the integration the two things from theory and implementation. Then, I demonstrated ulteriorly the whole process of the system analysis , design, implementation. I have been trying to integrate the ideology of the knowledge management and the cooperative operation in the process.The system should integrate the information systems which have exist in the organization and form a uniform knowledge management platform to implement the knowledge management activity including the information or knowledge'sidentificationn acquirement storage, delivery, share, using, innovation.The thesis also researched the architecture based on web and the implement of core function based on J2EE. Meanwhile I elaborated the solution of system security and integration.
