Reaserch On Computer Cooperative Technology Of Project Management

In modern construction project management, information usually is communicated and transferred through cooperative work, analyzing different cooperative phenomenon and applying computer cooperative technology in construction project management to get effectively instruction to the project management, and the improper disposal of construction problem, preventing the happen of the construction delay, over the budget, poor quality, etc.This paper takes Computer Supported Cooperative Project Management (CSCPM) system as the main object of studying, it applies the theory and means of Computer Supported Cooperative Work(CSCW), and the specific features of construction project management process control on the research. It makes detail analysis and deep study to the application of CSCPM for project management, and emphasizes on the demand of Cooperative technology and the necessity of building CSCPM system for construction project management; It analyses the function demand of CSCPM system in construction project management, and studies the composition of the function module of the function administrative system, on the basis of the above studying, combining the real application in BiueSky electricity plant, the paper advances the application pattern of CSCPM system, which makes use of data integrate managing device, the frame of CSCPM system, studies the operation principle of cooperative work models, such as conversation, meeting, activity, level, etc. making use of cooperation mechanism that SharePoint offers to realizethe application in construction management of each cooperative work model. Making use of the data interface technology to realize the access of every function administrative system in CSCPM system, have expanded the systematic function, which effectively satisfy the need of the project information in project management to the greatest extent, realize the whole controlling the procedure, quality and cost of the project, benefit to improve the efficiency of construction management and ensuring the quality of construction.
